The exact features and functionality may change over time, and are defined within the application itself.Scope of the Services
Services are provided for informational and personal use only. While we aim to provide helpful and engaging content, the Services do not constitute professional advice of any kind.Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee that the Services, or any specific feature, will always be available or uninterrupted.Beta Features
From time to time, we may offer features that are labelled as beta, experimental, or similar. These features may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to change and are provided without any guarantees.Third-Party Dependencies
Some parts of the Services rely on third-party providers (for example, AI models, voice services, or infrastructure). The Services may include a feature that allows you to listen to generated responses in audio form ("Voice Playback").Voice Playback is provided for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, publish, or otherwise make available the audio output as a standalone file or as part of any separate audio product.Any rights granted to you in relation to Output do not extend to audio versions generated through Voice Playback.Image Inputs and Outputs
The Services may allow you to upload or provide images as part of your input. You may not use images to identify or confirm the identity of a private individual, or to infer or obtain sensitive or personal information about any person.This restriction does not apply to the identification or description of widely recognised public figures or historical individuals where such information is commonly known and publicly available.If you choose to share images and respective Outputs publicly through the Services (for example, via integrations with social media or use social feed feature of Ramblex), you confirm that you have all necessary rights to do so.By sharing such images, you grant Kudosai Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt) a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the images for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Services.You also grant other users a limited right to view and interact with such content within the Services. This does not grant any rights to use the images outside of the Services.Social Feed and Voluntary Disclosure of Personal Information
If you choose to use any social or sharing features of the Services (including, without limitation, feeds, posts, likes, shares or similar functionality), you acknowledge and agree that any information, data or material you include in such Content is disclosed voluntarily at your own discretion and risk. This may include personal information or other identifying data contained in or derived from the Content, such as faces or other biometric information, locations, addresses, background details, or any other information that could reasonably be used to identify you or others.By submitting or publishing Content using such social or sharing features, you understand and agree that:
• The Content may be visible to other users of the Services or to the public, depending on your settings and the applicable visibility options.
• Ramblex is not responsible for the nature, scope or sensitivity of the information you choose to disclose within such Content, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that you do not include information you do not wish to make available to others.
• If you do not wish to disclose personal or identifying information (including, for example, faces, locations or other private details) within images, text or other media, you should refrain from using the social or sharing functionalities of the Services for such Content.
• Alternatively you have the option to limit the visibility of certain Content through the privacy, account or visibility settings made available within the Services. These settings may allow you, for example, to restrict access to your social posts to approved contacts or followers, to limit the display of certain profile information, or to otherwise control how and to whom your Content is shown.You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary consents or authorizations from third parties whose personal information may be included in the Content you submit or publish through the Services.Registration and AccessMinimum Age
You must be the minimum legal age required in your country to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, who should review these Terms with you.Account Registration

• Abusing reporting or complaint mechanisms

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying technology, including models or algorithms, except where permitted by law
• Automatically extracting data or outputs from the Services
• Misrepresenting AI-generated output as human-generated
• Disrupting or interfering with the Services, including bypassing safeguards or limitations
• Using outputs to develop competing products or servicesSoftware
The Services include downloadable software, such as mobile applications, which may update automatically. Some components may include open-source software governed by separate licence terms.Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate third-party tools, software, or services ("Third-Party Services"). Some outputs may originate from these third parties ("Third-Party Output"). These are subject to their own terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for them.Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our Services, you agree that we may use them freely to improve or develop our Services without any obligation to compensate you.ContentYour Content
You may submit information or material to the Services ("Input") and receive responses generated by the Services ("Output"). • Outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Outputs should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth or as professional advice
• You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before using or sharing them
• Other users may receive similar or identical results.
• Your rights to Output do not extend to Outputs generated for others or to any Third-Party Output.
• You must not use Outputs to make decisions that could significantly affect individuals (e.g. legal, medical, financial, employment decisions)Outputs may occasionally include incomplete, incorrect, or offensive information and do not represent the views of Kudosai Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt). References to third-party products or services do not imply endorsement or affiliation.Ownership and Licence of Content
As between you and Kudosai Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt), and to the extent permitted by law:
• You retain ownership of your Input
• You gain limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Output generated through the Services, including publishing or sharing it on social media platforms, or other content channels. This includes use in connection with monetised accounts, or promotions of your social media channel, profile, or audience provided that the Output is not the primary standalone value being sold or licensed.Unless expressly authorised by Kudosai Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in writing, you may not:
• use the Output in paid advertising or direct promotional campaigns for products or services where the Output itself is the primary marketing asset
• sell, license, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise commercialise the Output as a standalone product or as part of a paid offering (including, for example, guides, databases, or content libraries)
• systematically reproduce, aggregate, or republish Output in a manner that substitutes for or competes with the Services
• use the Output to develop, train, or improve any competing product or serviceNothing in this section grants you any rights in the Services themselves, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by Kudosai Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt).Our Use of Content
We may use Content globally to operate, maintain, improve, and develop our Services, including but not limited to Service analytics, ensure safety, enforce our Terms and policies, and comply with legal obligations.Content Moderation
We may use automated tools and / or human review to detect and address Content that violates these Terms or our policies. If violations are identified, we may remove Content, limit access to features, or suspend or terminate accounts.Opt-Out
You may choose to opt out of certain uses of your Content via your account settings. Please note that doing so may limit the functionality or personalisation of the Services.Intellectual Property RightsAll rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all underlying technology, software, and content (excluding user Content), are owned by Kudosai Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt) or its licensors.You may refer to and display the name "Ramblex" and share content from the Services for the purpose of describing, reviewing, or promoting your use of the Services, including on social media and other public platforms, provided that such use is accurate and does not suggest any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by Kudosai Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt).You may not use our name, logo, or branding in a way that is misleading, likely to cause confusion, or implies that you are acting on behalf of or in partnership with Kudosai Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt) without our prior written consent.All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Kudosai Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt).Paid ServicesSubscriptions
Some features of the Services may require payment, including subscription plans that provide additional functionality ("Benefits"). Details of these Benefits will be presented before purchase. Subscriptions can be managed through your account settings.Fees
All applicable fees, including subscription pricing, will be clearly displayed before you complete a purchase.

Billing and Payments
When purchasing paid Services, you must provide accurate billing details and a valid payment method. For subscriptions, your payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel. If payment fails, we may restrict or suspend access until payment is successfully completed.Purchases through Third-Party Platforms
For purchases made through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the respective platform provider acts as the merchant of record. This means that the purchase transaction, including billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes, is handled by the platform provider and not by Kudosai Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt).By completing a purchase through such platforms, you enter into a contractual relationship with the respective platform provider, and their terms and conditions apply to the transaction. Kudosai Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is not responsible for issuing invoices, processing payments, or handling refunds for purchases made via these platforms.You agree to contact the platform provider for billing and other respective issues.Service Credits
Certain features of the Services may be accessed with prepaid usage credits ("Credits"), for example for Image Inputs or Voice Playback. Credits may be purchased in advance and are deducted when you use the relevant features. The applicable number of Credits required will be displayed within the application.Credits:
• have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash
• are non-transferable and may only be used within your account
• may not be resold or otherwise transferred outside the ServicesIf you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. In the event of withdrawal, you will be charged for any Credits used during the withdrawal period, and unused Credits will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.We may set expiration periods for Credits, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase or within the Services.Time-Limited Access Services
We may offer certain features of the Services through time-limited access for a fixed duration (e.g. Access for a week)When you purchase such access, you are granted the right to use the relevant features for the specified period, as presented at the time of purchase. The access period begins immediately upon purchase, unless otherwise stated, and continues for the selected duration. Such access does not automatically renew, is non-transferable and may not be shared or resold.If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right of withdrawal.Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer in the EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.Communicate about withdrawal by contacting Support ([email protected]).Loss of Right of Withdrawal: Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if consumption of Paid Services (e.g. Content Outputs or Credits) have begun and after you have expressly consented to this and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. In the case of service contracts, the right expires when the service has been fully performed.Cancellation
After the cooling-off period, you may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to paid features until that time. Unless otherwise stated, no refunds are provided for unused time after cancellation.For purchases made through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the platform provider is responsible for cancellation according to policies of their platform.Price Changes
We may update pricing from time to time. If prices increase, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Changes will apply at the next billing cycle, giving you the opportunity to cancel beforehand.Termination and SuspensionYour Rights
You may stop using the Services at any time and end your agreement with Kudosai Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt) by deleting your account. In case of the account deletion, all your Content and Purchases will be deleted also.Our Rights
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Services, or close your account, if we reasonably determine that:
• You have violated these Terms or applicable policies
• We are required to do so to comply with legal obligations
• Your use poses a risk of harm to us, other users, or third parties
• Your account has been inactive for more than one year and is not associated with a paid subscriptionNotice
Where appropriate, we will provide advance notice before terminating your account so you can retrieve your data. However, we may not do so if:
• It would be inappropriate under the circumstances
• Continued access could cause harm

We will review such requests at our discretion.Please note that account deletion may be permanent and, in such cases, we may not be able to restore your account or any associated Content. We are not obligated to reinstate accounts once they have been removed.Our CommitmentsProvision of Services
We will provide the Services with reasonable care and professional diligence. However, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available or remain unchanged.Liability
Kudosai Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.For simple negligence, we are liable only for the breach of an essential contractual obligation (cardinal obligation). A cardinal obligation is an obligation whose fulfillment is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose fulfillment you may regularly rely.
